These artisan pizzas are made with fresh dough and local and imported ingredients. Our pizza recipes are inspired by some of the most iconic pizza styles from around the world.

This includes, of course, the original Neapolitan style (the OG of pizza styles). We’re also influenced by New York, New Haven and California pizza styles. We love all kinds of pizza.

Neapolitan Pizza, the Classic Style

Neapolitan pizza is a classic, just like the Mona Lisa. But not every pizza can claim to be Neapolitan. Neapolitan pizzas should be baked in a wood fired brick oven, just like in the olden days in Italy. 

Our Neapolitan pizza oven is made from bricks. The cooking floor is brick and the dome is brick. The wood fire can heat the bricks to over 650 degrees Celsius (1100 degrees Fahrenheit). Our brick pizza oven in Chiang Rai is built to perform and cook pizzas to perfection. 

Our Neapolitan pizzas are in the contemporary, modern style. There is a younger generation of pizza makers in Italy, American and Thailand, who are pushing the bounds of pizza making, and we are too.

California Style Pizza

California style pizza is known for pizza with non traditional toppings. California pizza is even inspired by Thai culinary traditions. While we love a great pepperoni pizza, we are always on the look out for adventurous pizza toppings and flavors, including local flavors from the Chiang Rai area.
